I am always intrigued by those that say they are not in shape enough to get in shape… seems a bit of a backward statement to me.
My reply to those with that mentality is to start out with just walking! I usually get some weird stairs and puzzled looks – but really folks! There are some amazing health benefits to walking! Not only is it a great way to start your body moving, but it can cut back on lung disease and stroke risk! Plus – it’s free! Take a look:
